Growth Engines LTD treats this website as a service that should be open to everyone, including people with disabilities. This statement sets out what has been made accessible, to which standard, what is still limited, and whom to contact.
The standard
The site has been made accessible in accordance with the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 5773-2013, and Israeli Standard 5568 at Level AA, which is based on the W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0. In practice we work to the current version of the guidelines, WCAG 2.2 Level AA.
What has been made accessible
- Keyboard navigation. Every menu, button, form and the cookie banner can be operated with the keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator.
- Screen readers. A hierarchical heading structure, labelled page regions (header, main content, footer), alternative text for images, and a contact form whose fields are all programmatically labelled.
- Contrast. Text and link colours meet the Level AA contrast ratio.
- Zoom and responsiveness. Text can be enlarged to 200% without loss of content, and the pages adapt to every screen size.
- Motion. The background video on the home page is muted, can be paused with a button, and is not shown to visitors whose device is set to reduce motion.
- Language. Hebrew pages are marked as Hebrew and read right to left, including the policy documents.
How we tested
The site was tested with automated tooling (axe-core) and with manual keyboard navigation. Screen-reader checks are carried out on an ongoing basis, and every issue found is fixed.
What is still limited
We are not aware of any part of the site that is inaccessible. Third-party content embedded in or linked from the site, such as the scheduling page (Trafft) and social networks, is not under our full control and may not meet the same level of accessibility. If you run into such a limitation, we will gladly provide the service another way.
Accessibility of the service beyond the website
Our services are delivered remotely, by video call and phone. In-person meetings are arranged in advance, and we will adapt the meeting place to your accessibility needs.
