Growth Engines LTD (“Growth Engines”, “we”) operates growth-engines.com and controls the database of personal information collected through it: the “database controller” under Israeli law and the “controller” under the GDPR. This policy explains what we collect, why, who sees it, how long we keep it, and what you can ask us to do with it. It is written to meet the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, including Amendment 13, and, for visitors from the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, the GDPR.
1. Who is responsible for your information
Growth Engines LTD, company no. 514797976

Postal address: P.O. Box 204, Kiryat Tivon, Israel
Email: office@growth-engines.com

Write to this address for any question about this policy or about your information.
2. What we collect
Information you give us. When you fill in a form on the site, book a call, or write to us, we receive what you choose to share: your name, company, phone number, email address, company website, industry, and the content of your message, together with the page the form was sent from and your confirmation of this policy. When we work together, we also hold the information needed to run the engagement: contacts, agreements, invoices, and the marketing data you give us access to.
Information collected automatically. Our servers record the pages you visit, the time of the visit, your IP address, browser and device type, and the page that referred you. This is standard server logging, used for security and to keep the site running.
Analytics and marketing cookies. Google Analytics measures how visitors use the site: with your consent if you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, and by default elsewhere, with the option to reject it at any time. Advertising tags, if we run campaigns, load only after you approve the marketing category. The Cookie Policy lists every cookie, explains how your choice is recorded, and how to change it.
3. Why we use it
- To answer you. To respond to an inquiry, schedule a call, prepare a Growth Snapshot, and follow up on it.
- To provide our services. To run an engagement, communicate with you, invoice, and keep records of the work.
- To improve the site. Aggregated statistics about how the site is used, so we can see what works and fix what does not.
- To send you relevant material. Only if you asked for it, and you can stop it at any time with one click or one email.
- To protect the site and comply with the law. Security monitoring, fraud prevention, and legal or accounting obligations.
4. Are you required to give us information?
No. There is no legal obligation to provide any of it. Providing it is your choice. Without contact details we cannot answer an inquiry or schedule a call, and without the relevant business data we cannot deliver an engagement. That is the only consequence.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing. We share it only with:
- Service providers who work for us: website hosting, email, scheduling, analytics, and the tools we use to manage client work. They may process information only on our instructions.
- Professional advisers: accountants and lawyers, when needed.
- Authorities: when the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone’s safety.
6. Transfers outside Israel
The site is hosted on servers in the European Union. Some of our providers, such as Google, process information in the United States as well. Transfers are made under the Protection of Privacy Regulations (Transfer of Data to Databases Abroad), 5761-2001: to providers in countries whose law provides an adequate level of protection, or to providers that have committed by contract to protect the information.
7. How long we keep it
Inquiries that did not lead to an engagement: up to 24 months from the last contact. Engagement records: for the duration of the engagement and afterwards for the period required by tax, accounting and limitation laws. Server logs: up to 30 days. Cookie consent receipts: 24 months, then deleted automatically. Analytics data: according to the retention setting of the analytics tool, currently 14 months.
8. Your rights
Under the Protection of Privacy Law you may:
- Inspect the information we hold about you (section 13).
- Correct or delete information that is inaccurate, incomplete or outdated (section 14).
- Stop direct mailing. Ask that your details be removed from any list used to contact you with offers (section 17F).
- Withdraw consent to analytics or marketing cookies at any time, through the cookie settings button on the site.
- Complain to the Privacy Protection Authority if you believe your rights were infringed.
To exercise any right, email office@growth-engines.com. We will answer within the time the law allows, and we may ask you to confirm your identity first.
9. Visitors from the EEA and the UK
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the GDPR applies to our processing of your information. Our legal bases are: performance of a contract, when you engage us or ask us to prepare something for you; our legitimate interests, when we answer an inquiry, secure the site and measure how it is used; and your consent, for analytics and marketing cookies and for marketing emails. You can withdraw consent at any time, and withdrawal does not affect what was done before it. Transfers to Israel rely on the European Commission’s adequacy decision for Israel. Where a provider processes information in the United States, we rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the standard contractual clauses. You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and you may complain to your local supervisory authority.
10. Security
We apply the measures required by the Protection of Privacy Regulations (Data Security), 5777-2017, at the basic security level that applies to a database of our size: access control, encryption in transit, secured hosting, and limiting access to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so we also limit what we collect to what we actually need.
11. Children
The site is intended for businesses and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information about minors.
12. Other websites and our scheduling page
The scheduling page at book.growth-engines.com runs on Trafft, a third-party booking service. Its own cookies and privacy terms apply there, and the details you enter to book a call reach us through it. The site also links to social networks and other websites; their privacy practices are their own. Read their policies before sharing information there.
13. Changes to this policy
When we change this policy we update the date at the top. A material change will be announced on the site.
